Don’t try to look back,
Nor too far forward;
You can only travel,
one step at a time!
One will not forget,
Where one has come from.
Don’t try to start running,
Before you can walk.
You mustn't give in,
You mustn't stop hoping.
You will win the fight,
You just have to believe.
You might feel alone,
But there are people still waiting.
You mustn't forget,
There are people who care.
The world can feel scary,
And you might be anxious;
But don't walk away
Whilst the goal is insight.
