Poem -

Good Over Bad

I can still feel the soft curves of her body,
Moulded to fit my own,
As she leant against me.

I can still sense the shape of her hand,
And the softness of her skin,
As I held it in my own.

I can still hear her laughter,
Ringing in my ears,
As a smile graced her face.

I can still see her beauty,
Her every feature as flawless as crystal,
As it is etched into my memory.

Even when she is not beside me,
Even when the all too frequent bad days strike,
It is the small, perfect moments,
Engraved into my mind,
Which keep me coming back,
Carrying me throught the worst.
