Poem -

GOODBYE - MY TURN FOR THE VEIL

Grim rainbow you stole in a breath
a line of hung poets
dancing in the violent wind
open windows attend
words ,
Meaningless absurds
later today i will strangle imagination away
sat at last on the bed
tears collected in the plastic bag
now memories self crucify
wrecked as they sail these lips

today was the day
the time you went away
decisions laid as the path
who dug the earth
who asked its name
i scratch my face to hide where its going

Alone on nights throne
we whisper ,to the disbelief
they hang upon our neck
jagged pointed the bones i collect

never said goodbye though my voice bled dry
little cold eyes
where is your surprise

Where is your surprise.
