They closed all the watering holes
in town..
not one public house serving..
.. because of a travellers horse fare
at Junction 26 on the M1
ten thousand souls expected..
Therefore they closed all the public
houses... seems a bit of a contradiction...
Is it politically correct to ask why..?
this domino effect..?
I think it's sad..
but who would take the risk
in the trade..
based on passed occurances..
gypsies tramps and thieves
we hear it from the people of
the town they call us
But they don't follow the rules
we wait for the expected bottom line..
and we're so tired of hearing the old blarney rhyme..
