Greed

I’m not afraid to walk away I’m sure I would be fine , the ring that glistens on my hand is simply just divine, the places that he takes me , the dress he makes me wear , but when he’s feeling angry , I sink into despair, I’m not afraid to walk away so why am I still here ,Ā

parties , places , happy faces all of its for show , and yet the pearls around my neck they have a special glow , I’m not afraid to walk away but I’m not sure where to go , mischievously his eyes meet mine , his smile a special grip , I know that I could get away if only I was quick, drunken in my pleasure , seduced Ā within his clasp perhaps it’s not the man at all but the money that he has .Ā
