Green Eyed Monster

( I wrote this poem some years ago )

I want to say this with great care, don’t let Jealousy fill the air.
 
I don’t wish to repeat so please beware, I know between LOVE and WAR life isn’t fair.
 
I’m not saying this out of despair or trying to give you a scare.
 
However, I can tell you this I’ve been there.
 
Ok, I’ll repeat myself just this once, don’t let Jealousy fill the air.
 
It will slowly change love to hate, hate to Jealousy and believe me you don’t want to go there.
