Grow

Grow

Why do you worry so much?
Can you not wake in the morning?
Can you not go to bed at night?
Can you not see the light?
Is it the hours between?
Which you must use when you are able

Children’s demands
Works demands
You must take from the life’s force
Letting nature run its course
Ask it will be given
From the natures force
Your needs must be taken

How well can you grow?

Why can you not sit still for just one bit?
Is that what’s in the eye
Can you see the future?
Why is responsibility heavy on your shoulders?
Doubts fall heavy on the brain
Your soul is crying in the rain

How well can you grow?

Why have the rich got all that they want?
While the poor don’t have all that they need
Why do we devastate the world?
Tearing up the tree’s and fields
With big machines
They look like the monsters in my dreams

How well can you grow?
