HALL OF PAIN

HALL OF PAIN

HALL OF PAIN

Ricardo Antonio Garcia

In the halls of pain

cries in vain a 5 year old girl in her seizures.

In the same hall others are waiting

and the miraculous drug will never come.

State is the blame

taking the healing enterprise from the needy

to fill her belly with tax revenue.

A bloteus regime

its creates genocidal crimes on humanities ill.

Selfish and prideless people

man the helm of this Government Issue

fulfilling the notion

that government does not care.

In the halls of pain

shouts the depression and anxiety disorders

of post war veterans, of people

that have nowhere else to turn to at all.

Out from the dark reaches

the pharmaceutical syndicates want control

aligned with Government lining.

It’s turned its back on the handicap and needy

and the World watches our intent

fully aware and knowing

we are the greediest nation on earth.

Only the sunken eyes of the poor

understand that wealth is an evil tool

undermining you and I.

In the halls of pain

the black market reaches in to fulfill

and the Government

has made more enemies than it can count.

A music chair system

rising and falling to its distempers

I have lost faith in our Capital society

and no longer play the game

or wonder if I will have a chair to sit.

Caregivers who see the corruption

also know too well of greed and its empiric fall

waiting for the day it will all end.

We vote for and send our representatives

to a Congress where they will be engulfed

forgetting why

they chaired in the first place.

In the halls of pain

the heels of my soles are heard loudly.

We must wake

to this nations onerous appetite, ready to eat

every American in its wake.

The disturbance we have created

no 200 years can account for on any level.

The youngest and greediest empire

built on hard cash

does not fulfill its promise to the American people.

Afraid and lost

we shall fuse with like minds, and for Gods sake

bring these suffrages to end.

We cannot bring

the 5 year girl back from her sudden death

but in her memory, we can

hang her picture in the hall of pain.

Great thoughts, deep, my applause, my five stars, I love the below lines,

We cannot bring

the 5 year girl back from her sudden death

but in her memory, we can

hang her picture in the hall of pain.

Ricardo Antonio...

When I heard the little girl died because she couldn't get MMJ for her seizures, it affected me deeply.

I am so at a loss with how our system doesn't understand its people.

Thank you for the comment William.
