Hallow Be Thy Names
Look at you our precious Angels, eight years ago this day;
At a Happy Halloween party, we took you there to play!
They dressed you up as Doctors, then snapped this photograph;
You smiled when they took it, as Mommy and Daddy laughed!

Oh the times we had together, the greatest we ever knew;
Our lives were totally devoted, to the love we had for you!
But all too soon they ended, one by one you said goodbye;
Twice our hearts were ripped to pieces, now our Souls eternal cry!

They weep forever for their lost mates, and the life we all once shared;
Before your too short lives ended, no doggies ever spared!
Now all we have are photos, dear memories from the past;
Of our loving little Soulmates, who left us far too fast!

Our Dear Friend Greg,
So nice to hear from you, but as usual a little late in our response. Linda is working 5 days a week, three virtually, and two in Downtown Dayton, so weekends have become her R & R. Plus, I have switched mostly from poetry to novels, getting ready to put the final touches on my latest and favorite one. We are dreading our 5th winter up here, every freezing day wishing we were back in The Villages. Glad to hear that things are returning to normal back there and that you seem fairly happy again.

It is so great to witness the success you've had on Cosmo, building poetic friends and Soulmates. Who knows if my book, which is not completed yet, my 6th and what I consider my best, will be published. I will keep you posted on it's progress.

My little boys will live forever in my Soul. We have a little girl now, who I have opened up a part of my heart to, them forever entrenched in it. I have switched from poetry to mostly novels, so I'm just on Cosmo sporadically. Thank you for your lovely comment; I truly miss all my poetic Soulmates.

Yes indeed, our pets are our Soulmates, and it's times like these that I miss my little boys so much. I also miss all my poetic Soulmates on Cosmo, but have switched from poetry to novels, soon trying to get one published. Stay well.
