Poem -

Handbag Humanity

People, people, peep;
Stare, look, glare, watch, see them go.
Hideous freak show.

Manly, manly men.
Moustache and muscles with
Not much meaning to them.

Glitt’ry, glitt’ry girls.
Handbags and high heels with not
A care in the world.

iPods, iPhones, I
Don’t give a toss about them.
Dark technology.

Bring back the old days.
Pestle and mortar, hard work.
Back breaking. Dead end.

Was it much better?
Are the dark ages darker
Than the age of ‘now’?

Back to the present.
People fly like plastic bags

Directionless.

A Life Without Love

Autumn blue flower,
I trace my bruises with it,
How soft its touch is.

Depression

Haiku

Depression

In deep sombre thoughts,
I meet demons in disguise,
Of hope, love and peace.

Haunted

Haiku

Haunted

Stillness in the air,
A moonless night and whispers,
From above my head.
