Happy Birthday My Beautiful Daughter

Happy Birthday My Beautiful Daughter

This beautiful young woman, today turns fifty-three;
She’s the first of my four offspring, my precious daughter Steffanie!
This was taken around six years ago, at the well-known P.F. Changs;
Where we went for some delicious food, and to sate our hunger pangs!
.
I was visiting from Florida, on one of my business trips;
We would always get together, to trade stories and some quips!
We’d talk about our treasured past, and remember different things;
The joys of all our history, such happiness would bring!
.
A twist of fate has come now, for we’ve traded where we’re at;
She now lives in Florida, and in Ohio I hang my hat!
But we’re making plans to meet sometime, the first of February;
When Linda and I come down to Florida, and near to her we’ll be!
.
We talk a lot on the net and phone, no less than once a week;
Sometimes there are some problems, and my counsel does she seek!
I still remember vividly, the day that she was born;
Happy Birthday, my Angel Steffanie, my life you e’er adorn!
.
.
                           Her beauty rampant
                Her warm heart and sweetest soul
                             Face of an Angel
