HAPPY TEARS

The tears she cried were not of sadnessĀ
Instead those tears were one of gladness
Happy tears is what she called those tears
Something she would remember in later yearsĀ

The tears represented so many lovely things
All gave her so much joy and all that bringsĀ
Clear blue sky and freshly cut grassĀ
Two examples of when those tears didn't pass

She cried the most quite simply for being alive
Being so thankful and grateful to surviveĀ
Happy tears are the best there is no doubtĀ
So no more sad tears is what I'm talking about
