Happy thoughts

You can't feel sad if you feel good
a feeling that is left behind and can be quite difficult to find 
We worry about so much in life
we go through so much pain you can cut with a knife
but there is no need to carry on this kind of life.
If you can find the feeling of being happy, we are all part of this beautiful universe but just need  to get in line if you find your vortex and stay in it you are there.

Think happy thoughts when when you feel sad ,think of happy a time or things that make you happy and make you laugh ..laughter is powerful and plentiful if you remember to do it .
Be around positive people, people that like to laugh and joke and dont keep going on about how they are broke
It cost nothing to smile we did lots of it as a child 

Look there is so much heart ache in the world the social media make sure we can see it but this was there before we were born and will be there after we have gone.
What can we do about it,  how can we change the horrors of the world .
WE can't, We have to continue to live in it as our parents and grandparents and great grandparents did  to love live and find happiness  in 
everything.
Pray have faith believe trust in this world is a must 
Look around street smile at people you meet, There you have started the chain of happiness happy thoughts are powerful.
