hard times

i am only half the man i am today

how times have being hard for me ,

i lost everything that i had ,

my wife , my kids ,my family ,

no bed to lay my head ,

no quilt to keep me warm ,

no companion to talk to

my life is a whirling storm ,

to think i had it all ,

but like a ship on rocks i did sink ,

i lost all i have  and i am truly to blame

you´ll navar ,nevar be a man as long as you drink

never drowned your sorrows becouse your sorrows will always lern to swim.

Greetings Paul,

A wonderful poem and forsight, for those whom believe, good things can't leave, just as fast and as easy as they came...It is harder to have loved something and lost it, than it is to have never had it at all....Just as Colleen has stated, keep the faith and allow time to take its course, being able to talk about it, is within itself, positive ground gained and motivation enough, for the receipant, to attempt retrieval, thus leading to, the road of recovery. I commend you, for the sharing of ths poem to your viewers and heart, mind and soul to do so..If the poem speaks the of the situation of the poet, just as Colleen has stated, thigs will get better and it takes a stronge will person to admit to such a lost and to whom to place the blame...

Routing for you,

Jim
