Harris Week

We stayed in old Tarbert town -

in ​two bedrooms up - nil down;

our holiday from usual 'tack'...

were avoiding 'working-track'.

All: Rosie, Scott & EJ did come,

adjoining - when journey's done;

fine Island hills and whiten sands:

time in this land, will be grand.

Earned this break, as we all did:

our new windows - the best bid!

Truly enhanced each 'tired face' -

had top 'units'- our happy place.

Now all the people within our town,

can look up and never cast down;

now our good home is like the rest:

it looks just like: one of the best!

Now know our home as just 'real art',

our double glass windows form start:

also the 'Patios' -  dress at the back;

all enhancing the garden's nice track.

Great site - when we've all got done,

this is for realism and not just for fun;

pleasant visiting and a wonderful stay...

comfortable sleep and a content play!

Our EJ knows where best to recline,

'comfy-nest' and this feels 'just fine';

then he'll command: "here's my Den":

just where he will sleep...even when!

We will both love having him here:

plenty room, certainly have no fear;

in same room as belonged to dad...

he slept there, when was too a lad -

'Apple' sleeps in that room...

'Mini-me' will be him soon!
