HARRY HARRIS AND FRIENDS

HARRY HARRIS AND FRIENDS

Cough and splutter cough and splutter
Harry Harris lives in a backstreet gutter
He left home at the age of sixteen or so
Finished up on the streets of Kings Cross via Walthamstow

Harry isn't alone in living on the streets
Others like him looking for handouts and treats
Selling BIg Issues for these souls is not enough
Life for them is difficult and tough

Harry and friends my heart goes out to you
Haven't got enough to spend a penny to go to the loo
I have food on the table and a bed to sleep
I am a lucky man and love the company I keep
