Poem -

Hauniting of Trees

Hauniting of Trees

Surreal and solemn crown and bough,
Despair and sorrow incessantly flow.
Hidden amidst eerie depths,
Humans in pain in desperate lengths.

One with nature where others lie,
People in end to see angels fly.
Alone and sombre in sea of trees,
Such sadness imprisoned where no one sees.

What torment and anguish drove them?
What darkness and shadow bestowed them?
Sinister attraction regardless of pleas,
Drove to their end in haunting of trees.

For those that do not know, this poem portrays the surreal sadness of the Japanese suicide forest where many people take their lives. ย

Thank you.ย  This was a bit of a riskyย  write for taboo subject.ย  A forest in Japan as gotten itself a very sinisterย  reputation.ย  A few year ago theyย  uncovered 170 something bodies.ย  Its veryย  sad and happensย  all the time.
