He.

He lifted his head back and stared. 
He looked directly at me and for a second I vacantly looked back. 
I'm not sure what he was looking for, but i'm sure he found it. 
His face just seemed so honest. 
I didn't want to look away, but I could feel him getting too close. 
He didn't just look at me or focus on my face. 
He sifted through my clumsy thoughts and all I could feel was scared. 
Uncovered. 
Exposed. 
Defenseless. 
I hid my face behind my stringy hair
and pushed my head into his shirt. 
I breathed with urgency as I quickly became flustered. 
My thoughts lost their rhythm and became so chaotic that all I could do was move. 
Move my hands that were placed around his hips.
Move my legs that straddled his lap.
Move my self out of the car. 
Move my arms 
Move my feet
Back into safer grounds
where I can move him out of my head
whispers of something he said lingered 
"-people say chivalry is dead..."
