Healthy mind

Some times breathing 
just isn't enough
life can be so rather tough 
but I suck it up 
And put my chin up 
there's one thing for sure
I never give up
rain storm hail or shine
I leave my past all behind
healthy mind and healthy heart
Wish I had done this
right from the start
healthy mind and healthy thinking 
one things for sure
