Heart to Heart

To my granddaughter Ziah Ā
Gazing out;Ā
eyes of wide.
Life's simple pleasures;
Are yours to ride.
Perform your dance.
Make your stance.
In the dance of life.
Ballerina by day.
Ninja by night.
Sun-gazer!
Moon-rider!
Wave-Razor!
Star-hazer!
Sing your songs!
Stamp your feet!
Reach for the stars;
Venus,Jupiter and Mars.
Love is what you give!
Love is what you make!
Love is what you take!
Love can even Ā ache!
Walk with pride.
Enjoy the ride.
In the dance of life.
Follow your heart,
We will never be apart.
Forever we will be;
Heart to heart!
