Heartbroken
Tears keep falling from my eyesΒ
So damn tired of all your lies
No truth do you ever speak
Standing here I feel so weak
My heart is completely broken
Shattered from words you shouldn't of spoken
I knew it all was to good to be true
Why did I have to fall in love with you?

it is a sad poem with superb rhythm and a tidy ending that numbed the pain to an extent but with no resolution in sight, I liked that actually, it reads real life, and there is a sweetness at the core of the narrative, love that as well....terrific poetry, and welcome...will definitely keep look for your stuff, cheersΒ
