Poem -

Heaven Is the light away

I want to tell you so many things,
but heaven is the light away, and
when I feel the darkness surrounding me , I pray for the light of day

You're enclosed inside my mind
as a memory sweetly kept
And nights of hell I've faced before
and a million tears I've wept

Yet I hold the memories and often
feel their weight, I was arriving at a
place with you,  but seems so little to late

Death knocked and you my love
where gone from my view,  We were one heart, formed by two in some lucky time of fate

Just a kiss, our last goodbye imprinted on my soul, embedded on my lips to touch And time seems to hold me hostage because I miss you so much.
