Poem -

Heaven Waits

In search of something greater, i lifted my head up high

I cried then and later, but im still not sure why

I felt a cold breeze, float along my way

I thought about the things my mother used to say

Heaven awaits, baby if you'd only live right

For all the gents and ladies, who are in the book of life

Heaven awaits sweetheart, the best paradise

No hurt, pain, or tears in any eyes

In no disbelief, but not being really sure

Was heaven really waiting, for those who are pure
