You are a constant companion to earth
Her focal point in a solar system
For many great heavenly bodies
The heat and light you give is perfect
The way you separate the days from night 
Is so precise
The fair moon is enamored
With your blazing beauty
She stands in silver elegance
A counterpart to you
The stars surround the dark sky
As you are always day
In fact there can be no other way
