Helpless

Helpless

I always knew, I was lucky in life,

To have by my side, the perfect wife.

Not in a sense, for all to see,

It’s the little things, just for me.

When you find her, you’ll just know,

Never fakes a smile, just for show.

What you see, is what you get,

A quality inside, I won’t forget.

If you’re true, and earn her trust,

Never break the bond, that’s a must.

Some things you do, can’t be undone,

In the book of love, it’s number one.

You have the choice, be like me,

By just being you, that’s the key.

Not saying I know it all, it’s tough.

Love is unwritten, that’s enough.
