Helpless Edit

Helpless
I’ve always known, been lucky in life,
To have by my side, the perfect wife.
Not in a sense, that the world can see,
Just the little things, she does for me.
When you find her, you’ll just know,
Never fakes a smile, just for show.
What you see, is what you get,
A quality inside, I won’t forget.
If you’re true, and earn her trust,
Never break the bond, that’s a must.
Some things you do, can’t be undone,
In the book of love, it’s number one.
You have the choice, be like me,
By just being you, that’s the key.
Not saying I know all, agree it’s tough.
Love is unwritten, that’s enough.
Life’s toughest job, as man or lad,
To take care of her, no more her dad.
This job in life, he’s past to you,
Honoured to love, a heart that’s true.
