her name was...

Her name was Jenny.Β
She was mysterious, she was that part of the family trust notΒ
Blood.Β
We were the only closest to age at the get-together.
One conversation led to another.
Felt amazing, like there was a connection that couldnβt be broken. Like lighting and thunder. Β
She decided to do something daring like a deer leaving the group and a hungry lion Lurking. She was the deer who I thought was gonna get hurt.Β
She got a bottle, ask me if I wanted. I agreed. I already knew by the time I was 12 I was an alcoholic. I still drank.Β
I didnβt want to feel anymore.Β
Biggest mistake.Β
I decided to spend the night in the nightmare I soon to be creating.Β
I was tired, blackness was covering my vision and I saw her laughing. Louder and louder and louder. Her hands grasping my legs. Moving on top of my body. Unbuttoning my pants. Barley realizing whatβs going on I was able to say βno, stopβ.Β
I woke up to her smiles, no pants. Most of all a broken heart.Β
She wasnβt the deer, I was and she was the lion.Β
