Hey God Can We Talk

Hey God Can We Talk

I know
I am a disappointment
I live with that
everyday

I know
You gave me chances
Not only  did
I waste them
I threw it all away

I know
My words
do not mean
much
I lost that sense
of Integreity
Along the times
I pray

I know
Asking for
that bridge
between
Self
and
doing good
for others
is one
I want to
cross
But in reality
Who am I
to be this Vessel?

I know
redeemption
is what I
am asking
for
Yet
I am an
arrogant
intellectual
that
will
undoubtly
question
the
validity
of
it
once
I receive
it

I know
all these
things
Yet
I hold
on to
hope
that
the light
in the
end
will
guide
my
way

Dear Poet Brother GREG!!.....this is such powerful poetic prose!!.....In those conversations that we all have with God there is so much to be learned and so much to be gained by sharing them! ~

           ~ "I know I am a disappointment...."
But aren't we all....and of course it's in the admitting of that fact that we begin to find the comfort that 'sowing the seeds of Love' begins to take root!!.......this is such a cool write bro!!......just knowing that you're contemplating such subject matter makes me want to know you know more for your strength is showing here......and that kind of strength is indeed contagious.......ALL STARS!!.......well done brother!!........LOVE & ROCKETS!!......T xo ❤?
