Hidden Amongst
Defying rare beings hunt for prey, their mighty red wings are stretched to fly away
Raging fire in the breeze, marking their territory with effortless easeΒ
Across the mountains, seas and trees, they rule the lands which no one sees
Gone are days when it was still a myth, these magical creatures are here to exist
On the horizon these beasts descend, protecting their power and divinity they transcend
Now, if you can see what is etched on the side, itβs time to believe they are still alive

I always enjoy your quizzical, sweet, mind, and you're really intelligent, and talented. People should believe in legends and myths, because it expands their minds. I've always believed in the Loch Ness Monster(because I want it to be real), and Big Foot, and who knows what else is out there, or was out there, if people would just open their minds.Β

Sensational write and love the Dragon Easter egg. Reminds me of a poem I wrote called Oath Dear Fantasies where the majority of the first letters and last letters of the sentences spell out words. I was looking forward to seeing another of your poems and it was worth the wait. Great stuff! The beasts will always try to protect their power but it is up to use to make sure they can never have too much of it x
