Poem -
High as a kite 😟
Well I never ever laze around, I am an energetic type
But I’ve just discovered that my blood pressure is continuously on ‘Hype’
Haha thats what my machine says when Its tubed band tightens up on my arm
Telling me that I am high as a kite as it raises an alarm..
Oh blast and blitherations at the joys of growing old
But I will listen to the Doctor and try to do what I am told..

some times it can be higher

Aah Jill a good write. I am the opposite to you. My blood pressure is always very low. They kept me in hospital once cos they thought it was bad. Then they decided it is just how I am 😂
