Holiday Well Spent With Kin

Holiday Well Spent With Kin

Another Holiday spent with kin
Let’s meet here next year and do it again.
Thanks for your company and the laughs we had.
Now that you leave, you leave me sad.
 ~
But next year will come as time rolls round,
Bringing expectant souls to destinations bound.
We’ll meet again in our favorite places
And my heart will be warmed with your smiling faces.
 ~
There will be stories to regale and gifts to trade,
Memories reminisced and memories made.
Outside is brisk so we are huddled in,
These are the times well spent with kin.
