Hope 
What is hope 
In order to have hope
You have to have trust 
Trust that something or someone will do something
Something amazing 

For instance 
Someone you love leaves your family behind
You have hope 
Hope that one day he or she will come back 
And restore what was lost 
Give a new sense 
Sense of purpose and belonging 

Is having hope healthy 
Or is it a sickness 
That we as humans tricked ourselves into believing 
 Believing that hope is the key 
The key to save us from the darkness 
I believe in the light at the end of a very dark tunnel 
I believe in it 
Can you say the same 
If not 
All you need is a little bit of 
Hope
