Hope for the future
Show me the light
at the end of the tunnel
For the tunnel is too dark
and its darkness allconsuming
Show me how to find reason in life,
ground for my feet to discover
stability in the chaos
that is reality and being alive
Show me love exists,
holding on to my soul,
like earth holds the flower,
incomplete without his other
Show me i can believe
in this fairy tale of maybe
one day letting go of the past,
finding truth in what will last
