How Do I Tell Them ?

this is my poem called " How do i tell them?" if anyone can understand this its you guys:
My heart was beating fast , almost skipping beats it felt like. 
How was I gonna tell them ? What would they say ? 
Fear only struck my mind as I could hardly breathe. 
Why can't people except people like me ?  
Over the years people like me only want to hide who there are because they are afraid of not being accepted, and really we never are.  
Society looks down upon us and make us feel ashamed to be born differnet then everyone else.  
I'm tired of being ashamed and afraid but how do i tell them?  
How do i tell them that I am gay?
