How Long

How long do I have to hold 
this pain deep in my soul 
Pain that causes this heart 
of my to bleed it's sorrow 
For the memories that I have 
buried deep within my soul 
Memories that haunt me 
With the time we shared 

I remember that times we slept 
beneath the moonlight night 
Watching the stars as they danced 
and glimmer in the moonlight night 
Feeling the breeze that blows gentle
through you soft silk hair 
As you laid their staring at the stars 
dance and glimmer in the night 

I look into your eyes that was bright 
blue as an ocean rip tide 
And saw tiny tears that streamed 
down your pale lit face 
I laid on your chest and felt the beat 
of your heart as it played a tone 
And felt that your body began to shake 
and trimble with the slightest touch 

Fear struck this soul of mine as I felt as 
darkness was going to swallow me 
You were hiding something deep down 
that I could not understand 
As you took my hand and placed it upon 
your soft gentle pale cheek 
You whispered in my ear to hold the love 
deep within this heart of mine
