“How now brown Cow!!!”

As she listened to the sniffing with a snort and a wheeze

But that farmyard animal was awfully bothered with fleas

They had blown into the barn on a blustery breeze..

So Emily sat next to that poor bovine beast

Yet she struggled to stop those fleas that was thriving on a feast

Then she found something in a bottle on a shelf called ‘Greased yeast’

“Aha” thought this clever country lass “I’ll get those little itchy blighters released”
                               ~
Well she layered that greasy lard all over that Cows skin

Where he looked at her with worrying eyes feeling apprehensive within

Mind you those crawling creatures had stopped prickling like a pin
