How to survive the night

    Stand silent with yourself. Nod and smile, if they knew they’d kill. Bury everything about yourself or they’ll think you’re mad. Let the whispering voices take control and don’t even try to act like their no there. Their real. Real as your cuts and broken teeth. Make and listen to your own stories because no one cares about a fake person killing themselves for the people they love. Be the only one who knows the story is about you. Write every word you hear down. Repeat everything you’re about to say so you say it right. Feel the eyes burn into you but say nothing. Think of eating your favorite food but don’t. Take your pills and sleep for ever because reality sucks.
