Poem -

Hurricane.

I haven't had a chance to tell you what really really hurt, you see some hurricanes devour and layer land with dirt, but our dirt wasn't always bad, but when the torment settled in, I knew I faced a battle in love, one i could not win,  we declared a war with love, and neither one would bend, it was so inevitable that was where our story would end, you came as an illusion of love, but no magic wand could fix our fault,  it's like heavy rain was falling and the cables were ten vault , I could not keep us joined together no matter what we lay with salt, salt wounds upon our flesh, torn apart and bleeding,  we could not see past the point,  what the other one was needing,  we tripped upon the ruble and debris,  on bended knees but not in pray,  a love we thought would last a lifetime,  but it takes two and you weren't there,  I do not hold animosity,  I cannot hate you or dispise,  I found a love beyond the pain, who opened up my eyes,  my heart Could have been darkest you gave me so much hell, but in the form of an angel into his arms I fell, you see we were but children trying to love beyond our years, the nights I cried and carried you, I was full of fears, fears that you would leave me, and in time we'll that was true,  I thought about our future daily,  you didn't have a clue,  we pushed eachother to the limit sounded all the surrounding alarms,  but never had you said forever whilst I was in your arms, I felt a disconnect as if you stopped and fell apart,  you have to her what I was missing,  the truth within your heart,  they say that love has reason,  and mine was always questioned through,  and in the end the answer of love clearly wasn't you, I've had so many years to mend,  I couldn't have loved you any less, but hurricanes they have one intention,  to destroy and leave a mess.
