Hush

Hush

Hush little darling don’t you cry,

I’m gonna buy you a piece of pie.

If that piece of pie ain’t enough,

I’m gonna buy you a big ā€˜ol cake.

If your cake gives you a tummy ache

I’ll take you down to the lake.

At the lake you’ll be alright

when I hold you nice and tight.

Hush little darling don’t you fight it.

ā€˜Cause we both know that you like it.

Into the water you go.

Hopefully, no one knows.

Hush little darling don’t you cry.

ā€˜Cause now it’s time to say goodbye.
