Poem -

I am Free

I am surrounded by friends,
But I feel alone.
The love of my family provides warmth,
Yet I am so cold.
There are lights all around,
But I am trapped in the dark.

The only thing that provides me with relief,
Is the cold steel of my razor gliding across my skin,
And the blood dripping down my arm.

I am finally free.
Free from loneliness,
Free from the cold,
Free from the darkness.

I am free from my body,
But my spirit lives on.
