Poem -
I AM HOMELESS FOR CHRISTMAS
its cold and windy and snowy
outside and I am homeless
for Christmas I hear ho ho
jingle bells santa is on his wayÂ
and oh what fun it is to rideÂ
in one horse open sleighÂ
I am homeless for Christmas
every one walks by saying
merry Christmas all the shelters
are closed on Christmas day no
one around not even soundÂ
 I am homeless for ChristmasÂ
In side they sit by fire all the childrenÂ
run by and laugh and play little games
the tree and all its light are so bright
and the Christmas carols are nice
I am homeless for christmasÂ

Dear Greg,
Very sad. I didn't realize that the homeless shelters were closed on Christmas Day. It must be a very tough day for these people, but I am sure that they band together, and keep each other company.
