Sometimes, to remain in the light you have to stay out of the shadows and the darkness...
It will swallow and steal your Joy if you let it or you remain there to long...
I always said it's harder to find happy when people seem to enjoy and dwell on the pain that life delivers...
Step outside and take a walk and when you're ready to come back remember you have the option to step into or away from the swamp...
