Poem -

i believed you

you told me once the sky was blue,

though it was night I believed you,

you told me then the grass is green,

I trusted you though I had not seen,

you told me that the birds can fly,

I did not even ask you why,

you told me that my soul was strong,

I desired not to prove you wrong,

so when you told me not to cry,

I held it in though it was goodbye,

but what you didn't say killed me inside,

and tears fell no matter how hard I tried,

you told me once you would always be here,

but I guess "always" wasn't very clear,

cause now you are gone far from me,

far from the world where none can see,

and though I wish to believe all that you said,

brother dear you are now a voice in the back of my head.
