I CAN ONLY GIVE YOU MY HEART

I can't give you money for I have none
I work for a pittance when all is said and done
Working down the pits is certainly not fun
You don't see the daylight or morning sun

I can't give you jewels I am afraid to say
If I could I would day after day
I would buy you loads without any delay
However in the jewellers they will have to stay
