I Can't escape you

Your arms wrapped around me, making me want more
Every fibre of my being soaring with intense emotion
pulsing through my very core.
I can’t escape you.

The touch of your fingers against my skin,
The shiver I get as you take off my clothes,
that look in your eyes, and that enticing grin.
I can’t escape you.

Wanting more but fear the intensity increasing.
Can’t think clearly, my heads just a blur,
thoughts scattered and will power decreasing.
I can’t escape you.

Should I let you go and face the storm alone,
Howling winds, heavy rain pouring down my face.
I can’t lose you my feelings have grown.
I can’t escape you.

The distance between us, two worlds apart.
Divided by life and defences we have built.
But it’s against my nature to deny what’s in my heart.
I can’t escape you.

I know it seems crazy and it seems like an impossible task,
Not asking for big changes but need to know you feel the same.
I didn’t see this coming, but I really had to ask…
