i have got the 'Love Jones'

As I sat to watch this film,

like a voyeur with no clue.

Don't know what to expect,

as its one of those random views.

When your friend comes round,

and pulls out the usual goodies,

popcorn and fizzy pop,

enough to get me sugar high dizzy.

it was more than I expected,

this 'Love Jones' film,

where poetry was sexy and powerful,

I could feel it through the screen.

It showed its not enough,

to just live in lust when your actually in love.

Been afraid to say what you feel can lead to miss trust.

But the power of poetry,

can express what you feel,

when they finally reunite,

it shows their love is both real.

why this movie is one of my favourites,

because reality and romance,

comes together,

in a way I can only dream of,

if I could be blessed enough,

to have a man put pen to paper.

I definitely now have got 'Loves Jones' fever.
