" I HOPE..."

I Hope, is a very powerful thing
Maybe the best of things
For hope never dies
If you but hold tightly,
And wring forth occasions
Befitting of virtue,
It drives a man forward
Through the many faces of adversity
But when a man neglects to place himself
In the midst of hopes and dreams,
Some call it "being virtuous"
But then, that very same man
Fails to go his own way
Because it becomes a detour...

Hope is there, inside of him
To help with self esteem,
And when he finds his efforts
Have brought his hopes to life
He finds a kind of wisdom
For it becomes greatness in a man|
To find that he is caretaker
Of his own higher powers...
