Poem -
I knew it
isn't that ironic..
I've spent months
in distress..
hanging over Covid..
take an anti body
test..
and I've already
had it !
and that would be
in December 19,
when I was really poorly..
but never heard of
corona till months
after..
Two months I was bad..
until I feared pneumonia.
and the doctor cured it.
with antibiotic.
So I feel invincible.
But that's the trick..
I'm not.
still take the precautions
in this crock.

Hi Pauline...several.of my friends have had it once and are now off work with symptoms a second time...all had antibodies previously...it mutates ???
I dont want it again, the first wave incapacitated me at home,Ā I never moved for coughing and peeing...at the same time..I thought I had Flu from Hell..but I never had it like that, nothing like that...the final straw I noticed my lungs struggle, and I've never had that, think I've only had flu once before in my life, rarely have cold.. I stuffed myself with garlic, ate 12 bulbs at a time..but it was the meds from the doc that shifted it...yes we have cases at work from last week, its starting again....will it ever end. .
..and yet there are still deniers...

Great awareness write! Like you, I was really ill with "flu" back in the New Year. It was unlike any flu I ever had before. It ended up as pneumonia and I was on inhalers for 2 months afterwards. I have not had antibody tests but it would not surprise me if it was Covid. Glad you are okay now! Like you, I never want to experience that illness again. Take care. Great writing x
