Poem -

I Know I Am Alive

I know I am alive,
when I wake to the
glorious sunrise,
greeting me with a
wondrous golden
song of accapella.

I know I am alive,
as I peek out the window,
looking at the sky ablaze
with red-orange ribbons,
when the mighty sun sets,
wishing me sweet dreams.
