I Laugh the Pain & Cry the Smile

I laugh the pain, and cry the smile, adrift the winds, a flaming
Brow. And hectic heart, a heavy hell, the hands of pang, a
Phantom bell. My splintered soul, a sanctum flare, a chaplet
Arc, a phantom prayer. Thus the core, a ghostly flame, the
Grief of gods, an attic slain. And subtle death, a sophic tear, a
Fallin’ sky, a mortal fear. My firestorm, a lambent wraith,
A spirit bone, a cryptic face. And solar salt, a river trek, the
Grey of faith, a vision whet.

I laugh the pain, and cry the smile, adrift the winds, a flaming
Brow. And haven heart, a subtle hex, a mortal sin, a public
Vex. For soul to blood, an envy raw, a savage hate, a crooked
Law. And broken glass, an ardent pain, a mirror dead, a sea of
Shame. Thus the core, a ghostly flame, the grief of gods, an
Attic slain.
